I had maverick Services & Solutions came out late at night as our ac in our restaurant broke down and was just blowing hot air , Raj the technician came very quick and was very professional and thorough, I am very pleased because within the hour he had our ac going again with happy customers and happy staff not burning up in the kitchen , thanks to Maverick Services & Solutions. I recently had my HVAC inspection and maintenence done by Maverick Services & Solutions and I  couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.The technician arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of my home, and took the time to thoroughly inspect and clean the entire system. He explained what he was doing along the way, pointed out a few things to keep an eye on and gave me pointers on basic stuff i should do that i had no idea i could have been doing, and he made sure everything was running at peak performance before leaving. What really stood out was the honesty and transparency—no upselling, no pressure, just straightforward, reliable service. I had Maverick Services and Solutions out to my home  i had no hot water in my home and my hot water tank was leaking, they were very punctual in getting to my home and shutting off water going to tank , they got it drained and  taken out and installed in no time. They cleaned up and ensured to set water temperature to my comfort , im very pleased and also made scheduled  to do my Furnace maintenance before winter kicks in . I had a major emergency at 3am on Sunday when I saw water leaking from my ceiling.  They really delivered comfort on call as a technician was at my house in less than an hour. The technician cleared my drain and removed all the water from my drain pan and put on a emergency wet switch which he explained would have shut system down because I did not have one on my system.  That leaking AC was no match for the technician. Big up Gardner! He is the best. I plan on changing the unit in April or May next year and will definitely be calling maverick for that. Maverick Services & Solutions sent a technician came out ,  I had Raj whom was very patient and listened to all my concerns where my system which would never bring my home below 74 degrees no matter what I had done prior with other companies which could not have solved my problem. Raj came and he went over and beyond in my attic to inspect my air handler/hydro coil to see if it was working and did further assessment on my condenser , his findings had me in shock , he presented all the videos he took where my attic ductwork was not connected properly for years it seems where my attic was much cooler than my home as I would not venture up in it so I’ve always just took other companies word for it but always same result . In over 3 years I’ve struggled with high electrical bills , but Maverick sent the tech that was very versatile and paid attention to everything where he worked tirelessly in ensuring the reconnecting and sealing of multiple duct issues and I have watched my system for a while  now and I am overjoyed as I haven’t felt these temps . My home is absolutely comfortable , 67 degrees inside my home and my last electric bill has dropped significantly and Raj explained everything to me , he is a true asset and absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommended service and I look forward to having my annual  maintenance for heat and ac , Thank you for finally solving my nightmare and giving me trust again in a honest company .

I had an emergency Call for my Central Air, called out Maverick Services & Solutions and they were very prompt in getting here and my parents can’t take the slightest of the summer heat. I am more than happy with service as everything that was happening with my unit was pointed out and I was also educated on basic stuff to help maintain my system which prior contractor never told me so I am overly impressed at the attention to details . I highly recommend. They also flushed my hot water heater and they will be coming back in the fall for the heat service for our furnace so we aren’t in any worry of it breaking down. I truly love the service and patience for us as we did not know much about anything other than just using our thermostat now I am more educated and more comfortable. Maverick Services & Solutions came out and got our  AC and Walk In Cooler up and running after I called for a emergency service call to have system repaired , they came and diagnosed  and were very transparent with what needed to happen to have everything working properly , my ac is functioning better than ever as if when it was just installed and all my produce in my walk in cooler were saved , which saved me thousands of dollars where I did not loose my product , I am a customer for life and I highly recommend the service. They stayed and didn't leave until everything was fully functional while explaining each step so we understood what wad going on.
